Concept: Flying Hospital
Similar to the flying lazaretts in Airplanes, but roomier, enables the airship technology besides standard hospital rooms, even surgery and ICU-places.
How important such a mobile hospital can be is shown by e.g. the Tsunami catastrophe of 2004. At that time in many countries along the indian ocean the medical infrastructures were destroyed or heavy damaged. Medicines and materials for the first aid of injured people were absent, also fresh water. In such case fast installed airships might dampen supply shortfalls a bit.
